General Guidelines

In view of the pandemic, the current conference will be on a virtual platform.

  • All are welcome to submit the abstract.

  • All the submissions will go through the selection process by the Scientific Selection Committee (SSC).

  • All the participants have to register for the conference after receiving the confirmation mail about their abstract selection. Selection of abstract is mandatory for participation.

  • Participants are expected to submit the full paper before the deadline, which will be further reviewed by the SSC.

  • The details of the abstract submission, selection process, registration process and publication opportunities are provided in the website. Kindly check the respective sections for more details.

Abstract Guidelines

Abstract Guidelines


  • The presenting author must be listed as the first author and kindly ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission.

  • Please note the submitting author will receive all correspondence about the abstract. So, we advise not to change the corresponding author in between the process.

  • Abstracts need to be original and previously presented ones will not be accepted.

  • Abstract title - limited to 20 words in Sentence Case.

  • Abstract text – limited to 350 - 500 words in a single paragraph.

  • Abstract layout - Abstracts must clearly follow APA 7th Edition guidelines of formatting

  • Abstracts may not be edited/updated after final submission. You are welcome to submit an updated abstract while submitting your full paper.



Abstract Submission Instructions


  • All the submission is via the submission link provided in the website. E-mailed abstracts will not be considered.

  • Provide all the details requested (name, affiliated institution, contact details etc.) in the exact format.

  • Clearly select under which track you are placing your abstract (Multiple papers may be submitted in different tracks by the same author).



Abstract Selection Process


  • All the abstracts will go through the selection process. The Scientific Selection Committee (SSC) for the conference will scrutinize the abstracts and select based on the merit or request modification in the abstract to include it.

  • Once the decision about an abstract is taken by the Scientific Selection committee, the organizing team will intimate the corresponding author about the decision.



Paper Selection Process for publication


  • Kindly note that depending on publication criteria and quality of the paper, the scientific selection committee will decide whether the paper is selected for publication in the Encyclopaedia or in the conference proceedings.

  • If your paper is selected for publication, the paper will go through the second round of review process, and the corresponding author will be notified regarding reviewers’ comments. Only after making modifications as per the review committee's suggestion paper will be considered for publication.



Registration Process


  • The participation in the conference is purely based on the selection of the abstract.

  • Participants whose abstracts are selected are supposed to register in the link provided.

  • There is no registration fee.

Submission
